1. Cancellations - If you need to cancel your reserved appointment, you agree to notify us at least 2 business days before the session begins in order to receive a refund or credit. After this time, appointment fees are non-refundable. You will be required to pay in full before another appointment or class can be scheduled.

2. Late arrivals - If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

3. Reactivity - If your dog has shown any signs of aggression or reactivity, do not allow them to approach the trainer until a plan has been made for your individual dog. Dogs will remain on leash and under owner’s control unless the trainer specifies otherwise.

4. In-home - For in-home appointments, dogs must be secured on leash or away from the door before the trainer will enter. Dogs are to remain on leash or managed in another agreed upon way to ensure everyone’s safety.
